Universal Orlando Resort has officially announced the most immersive and innovative park they’ve ever created, “Universal’s Epic Universe.”
Universal’s Epic Universe will take guests on a journey where beloved stories expand into vibrant lands – and where that journey is as much a part of their adventure as the ultimate destination.
“Our vision for Epic Universe is historic,” said Tom Williams, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Universal Parks & Resorts. “It will build on everything we have done and become the most immersive and innovative theme park we have ever created. It is an investment in our business, our industry, our team members and our community.”
While no details on what the park will actually entail when completed have been released, Universal did show some loose concept art of the area, showcasing the expansion with variety of different hotels, shops, restaurants, and the theme park itself!
As of now, the current plotted area for Universal’s Epic Universe nearly doubles the size of Universal Orlando’s existing resort today. Sitting just south of Sand Lake Road, along side Kirkman Road, Universal’s Epic Universe will only be a few miles drive from it’s sister parks!
